- 3 / 5By Devin HaynesKelly's is a decent hangout spot, but don't expect much in terms of quality in anything. The food was sub-par with everything we tried. The staff is a bit of a hit or miss deal. Our servers kept switching and only one seemed to be of any assistance. It was a bit crowded for me, but that's not always a bad thing, depending on the atmosphere you're looking for. Either way, I don't think I'll be returning here anytime soon.December 08, 2016
