What kind of soup place doesn't have crackers? This was our first visit and while the broccoli and cheese soup was okay (nothing spectacular), I was a little annoyed that they didn't have crackers. Additionally, our bread was rock hard. Super disappointed.

Pretty standard panera bread. Good food, good service, and nice atmosphere. Pretty expensive though, as with all of these stores.
